Step 1: Send a Tail-Wagging Inquiry

It all begins with a quick hello! Simply pop your paw on our contact form or send an email, and tell us a little about your pet. Whether you have a bouncy puppy, a dignified senior dog, or a whisker-twitching kitty, we’d love to know their quirks, routines, and special needs.

The more details you share—dietary preferences, favourite toys, walking habits—the better we can tailor our care. Think of this step as setting the stage for a perfect match, where your pet’s wellbeing is our number one priority.

Step 2: Meet & Greet Sniff Test

Next, we’ll arrange a friendly meet and greet at a time that suits you. This is more than just a hello—it’s a chance for your pet to sniff out their new buddy, get comfortable, and start building trust.

We’ll sit down with you to chat about expectations, answer any questions, and ensure we’re the right fit for your family. For dogs, this might mean a short walk together; for cats, perhaps a gentle play session or some quiet pats. We call it the “sniff test”—and it’s all about making sure your pet feels relaxed, happy, and safe.

Step 3: Walkies & Cuddles Begin!

Once everyone’s comfy and confident, the fun really begins! From tail-wagging dog walks and playful fetch sessions to cosy kitty cuddles and attentive pet sitting, we’ll step in as your pet’s trusted companion.
