Puppy Sitting Melbourne
A puppy sitter who plans visits around your puppy’s day
Puppies need more than a quick check-in. Young dogs usually need more meals, toilet breaks and company than adult dogs, so I plan visits around your puppy’s day: morning, lunchtime, evening, or overnight when you’re away.

Before the first visit
What to leave out for your puppy
A puppy’s routine changes quickly, so a few notes go a long way. Leave these out before the first visit and walk me through them at the meet and greet.
If your puppy hasn’t finished their vaccinations, I’ll follow your vet’s advice on whether walks outside your yard are okay.

Questions
Puppy sitting questions
How many visits a day does a puppy need?
It depends on your puppy’s age and routine. Many young puppies do best with more than one visit a day, such as morning, lunchtime and evening. We’ll work out a schedule together at your meet and greet.
Can you come more than once a day?
Of course! Morning, lunchtime, evening—whatever suits your furry friend’s routine.
Can you stick to our training routine?
Yes. Leave me a note of the words, cues and routines you use, and I’ll follow them so your puppy gets the same messages while you’re away.
Can you walk my puppy before their vaccinations are finished?
I’ll follow your vet’s advice. Until your vet says walks are okay, visits can focus on play, toilet breaks and time in your yard.
How much does a puppy sitter cost in Melbourne?
Home visits start from $35 per visit, and overnight house sitting starts from $80 a night. Public holidays add $20 per service. Prices depend on the service, time, and number of pets, so ask for a quote.
What if there’s an emergency?
Your pet’s safety comes first. If anything happens, we’ll call you straight away and head to your vet (or the nearest one if needed).
